what are my shipping options?

united states: i offer 3 different shipping options:

1. usps first class mail: arrives in 1 to 3 business days. it comes with a tracking number. it does not include insurance.

2. usps priority mail: arrives in 1 to 3 business days. it comes with a tracking number and insurance to cover the complete amount of your order. recommended option!

3. usps priority mail express: overnight shipping. it comes with a tracking number and insurance to cover the complete amount of your order. note; i live in a rural town where “overnight shipping” is not always possible.

Freestone is not responsible for any packages once they have been marked “delivered” by USPs. SHould your item be wrongly delivered or stolen Please contact the united states postal service to open a claim. usps priority mail comes with full coverage insurance and is the recommended shipping option.

International Shipping options:

1. International usps first class: delivery depends on location but USually arrives in 14-21 days. comes with a tracking number. does not include insurance.

2. internationl usps Priority: delivery in 6-10 days. comes with a tracking number and includes $100 insurance.

international buyers are responsible for any custom duties and/or taxes upon arrival.
